About The Position

Our client is a healthcare organization founded in 1970 that provides affordable, high-quality healthcare to underserved and uninsured populations. It operates ten healthcare centers and eight Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) nutrition program locations across Indiana, offering primary medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare services. The organization is seeking a full-time Pediatrician for an outpatient setting. The position offers a flexible 40-hour work week, with a four-day schedule and 18–20 patients per day. There are no nights, weekends, rounding, or admitting responsibilities. Compensation includes a guaranteed salary of $236,000–$241,000, an opportunity for an additional $20,000 reward and retention bonus paid in allotments, and a guaranteed annual general wage increase of at least 2.5%. Benefits include $5,000 for CME and five CME days, $100,000 in loan repayment, paid malpractice coverage with 100% tail insurance through the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA), and paid licenses, DEA registration, and board certifications. The position is eligible for National Health Service Corps (NHSC) and company loan repayment programs. Requirements

Board-certified Pediatrician.
Current Indiana medical license.
At least two years of experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide pediatric care in an outpatient setting.
See approximately 18–20 patients per day.
Work a flexible schedule of 40 hours per week, structured as a four-day work week.
Use eClinicalWorks EMR.
The position does not require night or weekend work, rounding, or admitting.
