About The Position

PeaceHealth is seeking a well-trained and enthusiastic MD/DO Pediatrician to join its established Pediatrics group at the Cordata location in Bellingham, Washington. The position is 0.8–1.0 FTE and offers a teamwork-oriented group with excellent retention and engagement. The practice sees approximately 17–22 patients per day and has onsite imaging, labs, part-time lactation resources, and a psychiatrist. The clinic uses Epic EHR.

Bellingham offers outdoor recreation, urban amenities, schools, shopping, and dining, with access to coastal, mountain, and rainforest scenery. PeaceHealth has served northwest Washington since 1890. Its Whatcom Region includes PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center, a 253-bed, two-campus hospital with a Level II Trauma Center and inpatient and outpatient services, along with cardiovascular, primary, and specialty care services.

The position offers guaranteed first-year income of $212,043.52 based on 0.8 FTE, an employment bonus, and a relocation stipend based on the distance between locations. Eligible physicians may participate in an education loan reimbursement program. CME support is up to $3,300 per calendar year for CME and/or professional dues and fees based on 1.0 FTE, prorated for lower FTE. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Board certification in Pediatrics.
• At least 2 years of post-training experience.
• Experience in an outpatient setting.
