Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Speech and Language Pathology.
  • Current (or pending) licensure in Speech and Language Pathology in the State of New Hampshire required.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) awarded by ASHA required.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR Certification preferred.
  • Modified Barium Swallow and/or pediatric feeding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides speech language pathology services to pediatric outpatients.
  • Evaluates patients including subjective and objective information, assessment, and prognosis; establishes effective goals and treatment plans.
  • Implements patient-specific treatment plans and modifies as appropriate.
  • Develops and provides patient-appropriate education programs, including family participation when necessary.
  • Provides clinical supervision to new staff and/or affiliating students.
  • Completes and processes insurance and third-party payer information in a timely manner.
  • Maintains clinical competency and utilizes safe and appropriate equipment and techniques.
