About The Position

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse to serve pediatric patients in the Davis County area. The nurse provides care to medically complex pediatric patients, manages daily patient care according to clinical guidelines set by the provider, and records clinical notes each day in the Kantime EMR system. The role emphasizes compassionate, high-quality care and offers day, night, and weekend schedules with 8–12-hour shifts. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nursing License within the State of Utah.
• Active BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for commuting to the patient location.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of healthcare experience, preferably with tracheostomy or ventilator care; not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to the patient population served.
• Manage daily patient care while adhering to clinical guidelines set by the provider.
• Log clinical notes daily in the Kantime EMR system.
