About The Position

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a nurse to serve pediatric patients in the Ogden area. The role provides in-home care to medically complex pediatric patients and involves managing a patient’s daily care in accordance with clinical guidelines set by the provider, while documenting clinical notes in the Kantime EMR system. Available schedules include weekday day shifts Monday through Friday, as well as night and weekend shifts. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with shifts between 8 and 12 hours. Sign-on bonuses are listed by shift and employment status: nights offer $5,000 for full-time and $2,500 for part-time; days offer $2,000 for full-time and $1,000 for part-time.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Practical or Registered Nursing License in the State of Utah.
• Have an active BLS certification.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute to the patient’s location.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with tracheostomy or ventilator care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to the population served.
• Manage daily patient care while following clinical guidelines set by the provider.
• Log clinical notes daily in the Kantime EMR system.
