About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to support pediatric clients throughout the Franklin Lakes area. These private duty roles offer the opportunity to provide attentive, developmentally appropriate skilled care to children with varying medical needs in a supportive home environment. We are hiring for evening and weekend shifts, with flexible scheduling options.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Physical exam within 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
- Proof of MMR within 10 years
- Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, developmentally appropriate 1:1 nursing
- Observe, record, and communicate changes in condition
- Partner with families to promote comfort and stability
- Maintain infection control and ensure proper equipment use
