About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a pediatric client in West New York, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys pediatric nursing and wants to make a meaningful difference while providing individualized care in a supportive home setting. We have an immediate weekend opening with a flexible schedule. Work either one 16-hour shift (7:00 AM–11:00 PM) or two 8-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday. Requirements
- Active New Jersey RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Physical exam completed within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past year (or chest X-ray within the past 5 years)
- Proof of MMR immunization within the past 10 years
- Proof of influenza vaccination or approved medical exemption
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care
- Valid driver's license preferred
Responsibilities
