About The Position
Provide meaningful, 1:1 skilled nursing care every weekend for a 14‑year‑old female with cerebral palsy in Teaneck, NJ. She is non‑ambulatory, non‑verbal, receives oral feeds, and requires respiratory therapies including nebulizer treatments, cough assist, and chest vest therapy. This is a deeply rewarding role for an RN who values clinical excellence, compassion, and family‑centered care. Requirements
- Active New Jersey RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Physical exam within 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
- Proof of MMR within 10 years
- Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Responsibilities
