About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to support multiple pediatric clients in the Camden, NJ area. This role involves providing meaningful private duty nursing, offering skilled support to children with varying medical needs. The position offers day, evening, and overnight shifts with flexible scheduling across several cases, including specialized care for a 3-month-old infant requiring attentive, developmentally appropriate 1:1 care.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey RN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical exam within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
• Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, developmentally appropriate 1:1 nursing care.
• Observe, record, and communicate changes in patient condition.
• Partner with families to promote comfort and stability.
• Ensure infection control and proper equipment use in the home environment.
