About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is expanding its Pediatric Division and seeking passionate, skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their team in Jersey City, NJ. The role involves providing 1:1 pediatric nursing care in a home setting, offering flexible scheduling options including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. The company emphasizes supportive pediatric clinical leadership and meaningful, relationship-based care.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Physical exam within 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
- Proof of MMR within 10 years
- Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
Nice To Haves
- 1 year pediatric experience (home care or acute care)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
