About The Position
This is a Pediatric Physical Therapist position within an Acute Hospital setting. The role involves both inpatient and outpatient care for pediatric patients. The assignment length is flexible, offering 13 or 26-week options. The start date is ASAP, with flexible shift options of 4x10 or 5x8 days. This is a travel assignment, and local candidates are not accepted as their permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility. Pending licenses are accepted, but the license must be in hand for an auto offer. Time off is approved on an individual basis upon offer, and all requested time off must be included in the submittal.
Requirements
- Pediatric experience is required.
- Must have a license in hand for an auto offer.
- Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility.
- Must be able to work some weekends (approx. 1-2 weekend shifts per month).
- Must be able to work 4x10 or 5x8 day shifts.
- Must include all requested time off in the submittal.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a Magnet facility.
- Experience in a Level II Trauma center.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to pediatric patients in an inpatient and outpatient setting.
- Meet facility needs by floating within scope if required.
- Work some weekends, approximately 1-2 weekend shifts per month.
- Adhere to on-call requirements if applicable (though this role states 'No' to on-call REQ).
- Utilize Epic for charting.
