About The Position
This is a Pediatric Inpatient/Outpatient Physical Therapist position with an assignment length of 13 or 26 weeks. The shift is flexible, offering either 4x10 or 5x8 days. The facility is an Acute Hospital, a Magnet Facility, Level II Trauma, and recognized as a USNWR Best Hospital in Alaska. It has a total of 407 staffed beds. The charting system is Epic, and parking is free.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience required. First-time travelers accepted with 2 years of experience.
- BLS certification required.
- AK PT License required.
- Pediatric experience required.
- Must have license in hand for Auto Offer.
- Candidates must have a permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility.
- Locals are not accepted.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to pediatric patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Meet facility needs within the scope of practice.
- Work some weekends, approximately 1-2 weekend shifts per month.
