About The Position

Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their growing pediatric team serving the Jacksonville Beaches area. This role is ideal for clinicians passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential in a collaborative, family-centered environment. The position offers opportunities to provide care in outpatient pediatric clinics, school-based programs, and Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) centers, working alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving children's mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Requirements

• Physical Therapist (PT): Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Physical Therapist (PT): Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Physical Therapist (PT): CPR certification.
• Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility.
• Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients within your scope of practice.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
