About The Position

Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their growing pediatric team serving the Jacksonville Beaches area. The role is for a full-time position in a pediatric outpatient setting. The company emphasizes a collaborative, family-centered environment where clinicians can make a lasting impact on children and their families. Opportunities exist in outpatient pediatric clinics, school-based programs, and Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) centers. The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to help children improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Requirements

• Physical Therapist (PT): Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• CPR certification.
• Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients within your scope of practice.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
