About The Position

UMass Memorial Medical Group seeks a Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon to join our growing team. Our competitive compensation and benefits package places us as your top choice in the region. Our fellowship-trained team manages the full spectrum of conditions, including fractures, scoliosis, congenital and genetic disorders, sports-related injuries, cerebral palsy, and complex hip and foot conditions. This is an established and growing department with collaborative, supportive colleagues. There is a strong commitment to medical education, with an active role in training orthopedic residents and medical students at UMass Chan Medical School. Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedics
  • Fellowship training in Pediatric Orthopedics
  • MD or DO degree
  • Qualify for Massachusetts medical license

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive pediatric orthopedic care across Central Massachusetts, treating patients from birth through adolescence.
  • Manage the full spectrum of orthopedic conditions, including fractures, scoliosis, congenital and genetic disorders, sports-related injuries, cerebral palsy, and complex hip and foot conditions.
  • Participate in the training of orthopedic residents and medical students at UMass Chan Medical School.
  • Engage in research and academic activities.

  • Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered care and continuous program improvement.
