About The Position

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide one-to-one in-home skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in Sealy, Texas, and surrounding areas. The position offers flexible scheduling, consistent hours, 24/7 clinical support, paid training, and a supportive team. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available, with 8-, 10-, 12-, or 16-hour shifts. Example schedules listed are Saturday–Monday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m., and Thursday–Sunday, 8 p.m.–8 a.m.

Nurses provide care in a home health setting, administer medications and treatments, assess patients, educate families and caregivers, and follow each patient’s plan of care. The company is family- and clinically owned and has cared for the medically fragile community since 2000. A resume must be submitted to be considered.

Requirements

• Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
• Current CPR certification.
