About The Position

Join BAYADA’s Skilled Nursing team to provide one-on-one private duty home care for pediatric and young adult clients with varying diagnoses and acuity levels. The listed cases include young pediatric clients with tracheostomies and low-acuity needs, as well as a young adult with a tracheostomy. Case locations and schedules include Chambersburg, Willow Hill, and Shippensburg.

Available schedules listed include short evening and overnight shifts, full-time days, and Thursday–Sunday nights. BAYADA also offers morning, overnight, or weekend shifts in 4–5-hour or 8-hour full shifts, with PRN, part-time, and full-time options. Scheduling is flexible based on nurse preferences, cases are matched to reduce commute times, and there are no weekend or minimum requirements.

Nurses receive paid training from day one in the office, in the home, and online; access to adult and pediatric simulation labs; 24/7 on-call clinical support; and electronic charting using Statewise. BAYADA provides care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels and offers paid training to help nurses feel comfortable and competent on their first shift.

Requirements

• Current, valid nursing license in the United States.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
