About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring nurses for its growing high-tech trach-vent team serving pediatric and young adult clients in Lancaster County and Lancaster City. Nurses provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes and schools. BAYADA offers flexible scheduling based on nurse preferences, with morning, overnight, and weekend shifts available in 8- or 10-hour full shifts. PRN, part-time, and full-time arrangements are offered, with no weekend or minimum requirements.

BAYADA prepares nurses through paid training beginning on day one in the office, in the home, and online; practice in adult and pediatric simulation labs; paid high-tech trach-vent training; and 24/7 on-call clinical support. Nurses use Statewise electronic charting and have access to additional paid training to help them feel comfortable and competent on their first shift. BAYADA provides care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the United States.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• MAR-CPA.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in critical care, NICU, PICU, or home care involving trach or trach-vent care.
