About The Position

Ivy Rehab for Kids is seeking a Pediatric Clinic Director & Equity Partner who is a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This role involves overseeing all aspects of clinic operations, managing staff, and providing individualized patient treatment. The Clinic Director will play a key role in promoting efficient service utilization, program development, collaborating with marketing strategies, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards. The position offers a unique opportunity to start and grow your own outpatient pediatric clinic with the support of Ivy Rehab. The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, autonomy, and professional growth, allowing individuals to focus on patient care while the company handles the business aspects like marketing, payroll, and insurance contracts.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
  • Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in the respective state (Illinois is mentioned as the State of Location).
  • Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.
