About The Position

Our Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of the clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and work with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care. Clinic Directors play a pivotal role in promoting efficient service utilization and program development, collaborating with digital marketing strategies, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community. With a commitment to cultivating excellence in patient care, Clinic Directors lead in facilitating and participating in continuing education, while also providing mentorship and individualized support to enhance team performance. This is a start-up clinic opportunity where you will partner with Ivy Rehab for Kids to launch and grow your own outpatient pediatric clinic.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in the respective state.
Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.

Receive support with clinic location selection, team building, marketing, legal, compliance, software, IT, HR, payor contracts, accounting, and revenue cycle.
