About The Position

This role is for a Pediatric Clinic Director & Equity Partner in Trumbull, CT, which is a start-up clinic. The Clinic Director will oversee all aspects of clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and provide individualized treatment plans for patients. The position involves promoting efficient service utilization, program development, collaborating with digital marketing, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders. The role also includes facilitating and participating in continuing education, providing mentorship, and supporting team performance. Ivy Rehab for Kids provides business support, including marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, systems, location selection, building, recruiting, legal, compliance, software, IT, HR, payor contracts, accounting, and revenue cycle management. The company has a track record of opening de novo clinics and achieving sustained profitability. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
  • Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in Connecticut.
  • Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of clinic operations.

  • Ensure legal and compliance standards are met.
  • Utilize patient engagement software, IT, HR, payor contracts, accounting, and revenue cycle management support.
