About The Position

R+L Carriers is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented PD Clerk to work in its Columbiana, Ohio Service Center office. The position pays $18.76 per hour and is listed as full-time, Monday through Friday, from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The job posting also refers to the role as “PT.”

The clerk processes pickup and delivery driver bill packets, performs bill coding and DTR entry, and completes data entry. The role also involves prioritizing drivers’ paperwork and start times and performing other duties as requested by management.

Requirements

• Possess a “WE CAN DO IT” attitude.
• Knowledge of EDMS.
• Strong office, communication, and telephone skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to deal with potentially stressful situations.
• General office and customer service experience.
• Computer and keyboard literacy.
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
• Ability to multitask and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Dependable and well organized.

Nice To Haves

• Transportation knowledge is a plus.
• LTL experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process P&D driver bill packets.
