About The Position

STAT Home Health is hiring an experienced Home Health Sales Representative to join its patient care team in Pensacola, Florida. The representative builds relationships with referral sources and promotes home health options to physicians, discharge planners, healthcare professionals, patients, and organizations. The role involves daily outreach, territory management, market analysis, presentations, and sales activity to support referral and census goals. The position includes an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), through which the company provides stock at no cost to employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or two years of progressive experience in marketing and sales.
• At least two years of home health experience in the healthcare industry.
• Documented and verifiable sales success, such as awards from previous positions.
• General computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to make cold calls for business generation.
• Highly ethical, self-motivated team player.

• Experience with formal sales training.

Responsibilities

• Build sales relationships through daily interactions with physicians and hospital discharge planners to support referrals and admissions.
• Conduct market analysis consistently and align activity with referral-source targets.
• Maintain the sales territory to meet census goals.
• Use sales techniques such as cold calling and contact planning to generate business.
• Give presentations to organizations, businesses, healthcare professionals, and hospital executives.
• Visit physician offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities to educate referral sources and patients about home health options.
