About The Position

BAYADA is recruiting a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one personal care and companionship services to patients in Kenansville. Following a written plan of care developed by a registered nurse, the caregiver provides personal care, household support, and companion care to help adults remain safe and independent at home. The role includes training, flexible scheduling, clinical support, and working as part of a larger care team. The listed pay rate is $16.50 per hour for home healthcare cases/PCA work.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care, household support, and companion care according to a written plan of care from a registered nurse.
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and bed-making support.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
Support clients with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
Assist with ambulation and transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
Provide medication reminders.
Deliver compassionate, reliable care and help clients live safely and independently at home.
