PBX Switchboard Operator (PRN)

About The Position
Under the direct supervision of the PBX Supervisor, the PBX Operator operates the telephone switchboard to relay incoming and outgoing calls and performs miscellaneous hospital communications and clerical duties. The position is responsible for monitoring alarms, calling codes according to policy, and paging physicians and hospital personnel.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- One to two years of hospital experience or comparable PBX/Cashier experience preferred.
