Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and connect guests with the appropriate departments and team members
  • Assist guests with questions about the property, amenities, events, and local attractions
  • Transfer calls to hotel staff and approved mobile devices as needed
  • Dispatch service requests to the appropriate departments
  • Log and report telephone issues and assist with emergency repair calls when necessary
  • Resolve guest concerns within your scope of authority and escalate issues when needed
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidential information is handled appropriately
  • Deliver exceptional service with every guest interaction
  • Support a fast-paced operation while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
