As a Parking Ambassador at MGM National Harbor, you’ll set the tone for an unforgettable visit by welcoming guests, helping them get where they’re going, and creating that “wow” moment right from arrival. If you love people, fast‑paced energy, and being part of a hospitality‑driven team, this is your spotlight role.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience in Customer Service

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with questions, directions, and transportation needs
  • Open doors and welcome guests into the property with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Support Bell and Valet teams to ensure seamless arrival and departure experiences
  • Assist employees and guests in parking and curbside areas as needed
  • Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor when necessary
  • Learn and follow all company and departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Help maintain a safe, organized, and guest‑friendly arrival experience
