Responsibilities
- Oversee daily beverage operations across casino and cocktail service venues
- Lead and develop Assistant Managers and beverage teams to deliver exceptional guest service
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Drive financial performance by monitoring budgets, labor, and cost of goods (liquor, beer, wine, and supplies)
- Execute marketing strategies and promotions to enhance guest engagement and revenue
- Maintain proper inventory levels and complete requisitions to support business demands
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and state liquor regulations
- Partner with Human Resources on employee relations and team engagement initiatives
- Maintain deep knowledge of all beverage menus, products, preparation, and presentation standards
- Foster a culture of accountability, team collaboration, and continuous improvement
