Requirements

• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• A natural people-person with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, even under pressure
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Flexible and available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in guest-facing roles (hospitality, retail, or casino environment preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist them with their MGM Rewards accounts at the Players Club desk or assigned areas
• Explain the MGM Rewards program and help guests maximize their points and benefits
• Enroll new members and issue loyalty cards using the player tracking system
• Redeem points for express comps and provide tailored recommendations based on guest status
• Deliver top-notch service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and creating positive experiences
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed
• Maintain accurate player data and protect confidential information
• Share ideas with leadership to enhance the guest experience and improve operations
