Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or hospitality environment
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and engage Slot Operations team members throughout your shift
  • Foster a positive, high-performing work environment that supports employee growth and retention
  • Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with MGM’s S.H.O.W. service standards
  • Oversee daily slot floor operations, ensuring team members are executing duties effectively
  • Communicate consistently with staff—sharing updates, coaching performance, and addressing feedback
  • Train, mentor, and develop employees to meet departmental goals and advance their careers
  • Resolve guest and employee concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Delegate responsibilities and manage workloads to ensure seamless operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and operational procedures
  • Monitor and account for company assets, equipment, and sensitive keys during each shift
  • Assist with performance management, including documentation, coaching, and disciplinary actions
  • Support Shift Manager with projects, reporting, and operational initiatives
