Payroll Supervisor - Hybrid
About The Position
The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Payroll Supervisor. This role oversees day-to-day payroll operations for a multi-state organization and executes bi-weekly payroll for hourly, salaried, and executive employees. The Payroll Supervisor audits payroll for accurate gross-to-net calculations, garnishments, benefits, and tax withholdings, and ensures compliance with FLSA regulations, time-tracking rules, and multi-state requirements. The role also leads, trains, and mentors the payroll team. The position is hybrid, with three days in the office in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, and is full-time and permanent. Work authorization sponsorship is not available.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience.
- Five years of work experience processing end-to-end payroll in a multi-state environment.
- Two years of supervisory experience.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
