About The Position

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Payroll Supervisor. This role oversees day-to-day payroll operations for a multi-state organization and executes bi-weekly payroll for hourly, salaried, and executive employees. The Payroll Supervisor audits payroll calculations and ensures compliance with payroll regulations and multi-state requirements. The position is hybrid, with three days in the office in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, and is full-time and permanent. Work authorization sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of work experience processing end-to-end payroll in a multi-state environment.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day payroll operations for a multi-state organization.
• Execute bi-weekly payroll for hourly, salaried, and executive employees.
• Audit payroll for accurate gross-to-net calculations, garnishments, benefits, and tax withholdings.
• Ensure adherence to FLSA regulations, time-tracking rules, multi-state compliance, and nexus rules.
• Lead, train, and mentor the payroll team.
