About The Position

abra HR Operations is seeking a Payroll Specialist with a strong focus on Time & Attendance processes. We are looking for a skilled Time & Attendance Specialist to manage, monitor, and maintain employee attendance reporting processes, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and labor law requirements. This role requires hands-on experience with attendance systems, hourly employee payroll calculations, and the setup and maintenance of employment agreements in Synel. A full-time on-site position, based in Ra’anana, Israel.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in time & attendance management and/or payroll – mandatory
  • Full proficiency in the Synel system, including setting up employment agreements
  • Strong knowledge of Israeli labor laws, with an emphasis on working hours and rest regulations
  • Experience working with hourly employees and complex payroll calculations
  • Good Excel skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in payroll preparation
  • Familiarity with the Malam payroll system

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor ongoing employee attendance reports
  • Handle complex attendance issues and payroll calculations for hourly employees
  • Set up and update employment agreements in the Synel system
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including HR, Payroll, and managers
  • Perform data validation, identify irregularities, and analyze exceptions in attendance reports
  • Implement and maintain attendance procedures in accordance with labor law regulations
