About The Position
McGregor Baptist Church is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, dependable individual for payroll and benefits. The right person will have a heart for ministry and desire to work in a Christian environment. This position is Part-Time, 28 hours weekly.
Requirements
- Proficient in Outlook
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Above average knowledge in Excel
- Ability to adapt to new software quickly
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of FMLA
- Knowledge of Worker's Compensation
- Payroll and Benefits Experience
Responsibilities
- Processing bi-weekly payroll through the PayCom System
- Administering insurance orientation and enrollment to full-time associates
- Monthly payments for insurance/retirement plan and journal entries
