About The Position
Payroll Representative III is the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients using UKG Ready payroll and workforce management services. The role delivers customer support, fosters client relationships, resolves payroll-related inquiries, and ensures timely and accurate service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, client-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent, 2–5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and workforce management best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a forward-thinking mindset.
- Ability to learn and absorb new information, systems, and processes efficiently.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift throughout the day.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in payroll, customer service, account management, or HR-related support roles.
- Experience working with UKG products or other payroll and workforce management platforms.
Responsibilities
- Identify payroll issues, research them, and provide effective solutions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Write emails and lead video meetings with clients and remote team members.
- Use Excel to create payroll import templates for clients.
