About The Position

Alleima USA LLC is looking for a Payroll Lead People Shared Services at Business Unit Tube, Americas in Clarks Summit PA. This role involves processing weekly/biweekly multi-state payrolls, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, handling garnishments, tax levies, and support orders, and producing necessary payroll reports. The position also requires resolving complex payroll discrepancies, answering employee inquiries, maintaining employee records in HRIS systems, and guiding a small team of payroll specialists. The role is based in Clarks Summit, PA.

5 years of progressive multi-state payroll experience, with some leadership experience preferred
Highly Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., Day Force, Ceridian, and Workday) and advanced MS Excel skills

Nice To Haves

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC), highly desirable

Responsibilities

Process weekly/biweekly multi-state payrolls including reviewing hours from time and attendance system, review related issues and adjust pay as necessary
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Handles garnishments tax levies, support orders, and produces payroll reports for finance or sites as needed
Resolves complex payroll discrepancies and answers employee inquiries
Maintains and enter changes to employee records from Workday to Dayforce
Guide, train and mentor small team of payroll specialists
Participate in other duties assigned
