The Police Athletic League (PAL) of New York City is seeking a Payroll & HRIS Coordinator to support the accurate and efficient administration of PAL’s payroll processes and HR Information System. This role ensures timely and compliant payroll processing, maintains data integrity across all HRIS modules, and assists with system updates, audits, and reporting. The Coordinator serves as a key liaison between HR, Finance, and program teams to ensure consistency between payroll and HR data, troubleshoots issues within the HRIS, and supports process improvements that enhance accuracy, compliance, and overall employee experience.
