About The Position

Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking a Payroll & HRIS Analyst to join its Human Resources team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The analyst serves as the primary subject matter expert for payroll, HRIS data, and reporting functions. The role manages the biweekly payroll cycle, supports timekeeping and benefits administration, maintains employee records, and helps ensure compliance with payroll and personnel-data requirements. The position is full-time and in-office, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., including lunch.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a payroll specialist or related position.
• Intimate knowledge of ADP Workforce Now.
• Understanding of multi-state payroll laws, tax codes, and accounting fundamentals.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to maintain a full-time in-office presence.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability for a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with lunch.

Nice To Haves

• Experience running payroll for a multi-state organization, including hourly, salaried, and incentive pay.
• Experience in a human resources administrative position.
• Experience as a lead administrator or superuser of ADP Workforce Now.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, human resources, or a related field.
• CPP, SHRM-CP, or PHR certification.
• Experience with Workday or other HRIS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage biweekly payroll, including accurately recording monthly commission entries and overseeing the end-to-end payroll cycle.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the ADP Workforce Now HRIS platform and perform routine data maintenance.
• Provide remote assistance to on-site supervisors with timecard processing and compliant timekeeping.
• Process and reconcile employee and employer 401(k) contributions.
• Assess compliance with state and local pay and withholding laws, including requirements related to payroll and people-data retention.
• Support benefit enrollment and administration.
• Act as the primary contact for resolving payroll issues.
• Prepare and deliver month-end, quarter-end, and year-end wage and personnel reports to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain best practices for employee-data management throughout the employee life cycle.
• Maintain personnel files and statutory documentation, and assist employees with changes to personal information.
• Continuously improve HR and payroll procedures for greater efficiency.
