About The Position
Revamped Security Solutions is an ADT Authorized Dealer and one of the top dealers in the country. We're hiring a Payroll Assistant to work out of our headquarters in Richardson, TX 75081 and help keep our payroll accurate and on time as we grow.
Requirements
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (required)
- Strong computer skills and comfortable learning new software
- Able to keep sensitive information confidential
- Reliable and able to manage your own schedule
Nice To Haves
- Payroll system experience is a plus
- 1+ year of payroll, bookkeeping, or accounting experience (preferred)
- Detail-oriented and good with numbers
Responsibilities
- Help process payroll each pay period
- Review timesheets and fix errors or missing hours
- Help calculate and check sales rep commissions
- Enter new hire paperwork and keep employee records current
- Answer employee questions about pay and deductions
- Keep payroll reports and files organized
