This position ensures timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing in alignment with Federal, State, and local laws. The Payroll Specialist maintains strict confidentiality, applies internal controls, interprets relevant statutes and union contracts, and supports the organization’s commitment to ethical and compliance business practices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Two years of payroll processing or related experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience with UKG Pro payroll and timekeeping system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
