The Payroll and Billing Specialist is responsible for managing and executing all payroll-related activities, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance. This role ensures employees are paid correctly and on time and works alongside Human Resources to ensure employee changes are captured correctly. This Billing aspect of this role encompasses processing customer billing, monitoring new customer accounts, researching and resolving discrepancies. Additional responsibilities include expense reimbursement processing and other office administrative tasks as needed.
