Requirements

• High School Degree and five (5) years equivalent work experience required.
• Microsoft Office Skills, with an ability to become familiar with Company specific programs or software.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certification as a Certified Payroll Professional (CCP) helpful but not required.
• Two (2) years healthcare experience in accounting or payroll highly desired.
• Experience with UKG, Sage and Doclink desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll via UKG platform to review time cards, manage exceptions, communicate with operations managers and/or employees, and submit any/all information for special pay processing.
• Provide timely and accurate processing support for accounts payable activities at Sage Intacct platform.
• Submit entries and documents to Doclink expense management platform.
• Assist with some accounting activities as necessary.
• Prepares checks and communicates with vendors commonly.
• Maintains payroll information by collecting and entering data into UKG platform.
• Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.
