Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable and / or Banking processes
Data Entry skills (10 key by touch)
Detail oriented
Ability to maintain accuracy and productivity standards in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

Post payments received through lockbox, which are not accompanied by a corresponding coupon
Research payments with incomplete information for posting to the appropriate homeowner/association accounts
Post payments which are split among several accounts as necessary
Post returned payments to the appropriate homeowner/association accounts
Comply with established policies and procedures that meet internal security control standards and protect operations by keeping information confidential
Handle special projects which may be assigned
