Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable and / or Banking processes
- Data Entry skills (10 key by touch)
- Detail oriented
- Ability to maintain accuracy and productivity standards in a fast paced environment
Responsibilities
- Post payments received through lockbox, which are not accompanied by a corresponding coupon
- Research payments with incomplete information for posting to the appropriate homeowner/association accounts
- Post payments which are split among several accounts as necessary
- Post returned payments to the appropriate homeowner/association accounts
- Comply with established policies and procedures that meet internal security control standards and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Handle special projects which may be assigned
