About The Position
The Patient Transporter provides support to multidisciplinary patient care departments by transporting patients throughout the institution. The role is in the Central Transport department and is listed as full time, 2nd shift.
Requirements
- Obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire and maintain it thereafter.
- Be available to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts.

- Demonstrated ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Experience in customer service or relations-related positions, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
- Amiable personality and willing, cooperative attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to use appropriate customer service skills and judgment when interacting with patients, the public, and other staff members.
- High school diploma, GED, or certificate.
