About The Position
The Patient Transportation Partner ensures the safe and efficient movement of patients, charts, equipment, and other items throughout hospital and clinic areas. The role supports patients and healthcare teams and contributes to an efficient, seamless care experience. The position is based at Henry Ford Health’s Wyandotte hospital, which serves the Downriver community.
Requirements
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and over the telephone.
- Successful completion of pre-employment requirements and initial training.
Nice To Haves
- Basic CPR certification during the orientation period.
