As our Patient Support Rep, you will be an integral part of the patient care team, providing essential assistance that enhances the comfort, safety, and overall experience of our patients. Every day you will register patients, conduct routine insurance eligibility verifications, handle and reconcile payments. Process referral orders and/or pre-authorizations. Coordinate appointments and ancillary services. Respond to patient questions regarding routine billing and insurance matters. All while upholding patient dignity and confidentiality. To be successful in this role, you must possess a compassionate and patient-centered approach, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to follow instructions accurately, and a genuine desire to make a difference in patients' lives
