About The Position
UW Medicine Montlake Radiology Services has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist 3. This is a 100% remote, full-time position with a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. The role offers convenient access to public transportation and the chance to make a difference for patients and employees while providing opportunities for career growth.
Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent AND Two years of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR An equivalent combination of education/experience
Responsibilities
- Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
- Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
- Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
- Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
- Other duties as requested
