About The Position

Vanguard Skin Specialists is hiring a Patient Services Representative for its busy, multi-specialty dermatology and plastic surgery practice. This is a phone-focused administrative role, not a front office or receptionist position. The representative schedules patients electronically for multiple providers and specialties, handles a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, responds to patient and doctor requests, prepares patient files, and performs other phone-related administrative tasks. The role requires careful organization, accuracy, compassionate communication, and the ability to maintain efficiency while managing competing tasks. The position is based at the practice’s headquarters in Colorado Springs. It begins onsite and includes a hybrid schedule after training is completed. The practice does not require prior experience and provides training, but expects a strong commitment to excellence, teamwork, and its mission. The role offers opportunities for feedback, professional development, and advancement, including promotion from within. This is a full-time position during business hours, Monday through Friday. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour, based on experience, with overtime eligibility. Employment offers are contingent on successful pre-employment screening.
