About The Position

Overlake Medical Center and Clinics is looking for full-time Patient Service Representatives to join our Float Pool. This is an employed and benefited role where a person travels to all OMC clinics and locations, including downtown Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Redmond, and our senior health center in Bellevue. This role is essential for welcoming patients and ensuring the clinic runs efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of one (1) year of clerical experience in a medical facility preferred.
• Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to all OMC clinics and locations.
• Welcome patients.
• Help the clinic run efficiently.
